• Rapid Estimator Pro includes Residential, Remodeler, and Commercial data from Craftsman Book Company – Rapid Home Estimator does not include Commercial data.
• Only Rapid Estimator Pro integrates with Chief Architect.
• Both products are delivered with current cost data from Craftsman Book Company, but only Rapid Home has a built-in connection to existing data included in legacy versions of HomeTech Advantage, a retired estimating product no longer supported by SDSI.

In terms of appearance, navigation, and operation the systems are very similar. Both systems have extensive reporting capabilities, scheduling, a contract writer, interface to QuickBooks, built-in assemblies, and an optional Custom Reports Add-in.

Both versions of Rapid Estimator include a unique “User Database”. It is set up with default divisions and subdivisions that are the same as the Residential cost data but can be easily modified to your own structure.
