EXCEL EXPORT

With this feature, you can easily export estimate information from Rapid Home or Rapid Pro into EXCEL or to any system that allows imports from data files in comma separated (.csv), text (.txt) or Excel format (.xlsx).

Overview:

Here are the steps to set up the format to send Rapid Home or Pro estimate data to Project Management, Scheduling, Excel, or other systems that accept imported data.

This form is a utility that is used to set up an export format. Once an export is set up, it is available for selection on the Links tab.
For example, if you are using a Project Management System, determine what fields can be accepted by the system’s Excel import.
Enter the field names from that system and select the corresponding Rapid field from a drop-down list. If no match exists, you can enter a default value.
